The onboarding process for all new clients starts with an application. The application helps us understand your current hair and how we can best craft your custom hair plan. After your application someone will reach out to you and schedule a consultation.
It is our priority to conduct thorough consultations in order to start on the same page. This not only ensures a great fit between stylist and client but gives you all the information you will need for your hair transformation!
The consultation takes about 20min and we offer this service for free.
*To book and hold your spot a Non-Refundable Retainer may be required.
The Onboarding Process
TARDINESS
If you are running 15 minutes or less late to your appointment please call ahead. If you arrived more than 20 minutes late, you may have to forfeit your appointment completely.
SALON ETIQUETTE
We value the client experience and have set in place these requests to ensure a professional and happy environment.
KIDS
We love children. As much as we do, we ask that you please arrange child care for the date of your appointment if it’s a lengthy service. There are many liabilities and we strive for a relaxing environment in the salon. Arranging childcare is much safer and it allows an intimate, relaxing customer experience for you. Thank you for arranging child care and for your understanding and cooperation.
CANCELLATIONS
We value the client experience and have set in place guidelines to ensure a professional and happy environment. Your appointments are very important to us and they are reserved especially for you. We understand that sometimes schedule adjustments are necessary; therefore, we respectfully request at least 48 hours notice for cancellations. Our services are reserved for you personally, so a fee will be applied to your credit card if less than 48 hours notice is given.

Less than 48-hour notice will result in a charge equal to 50% of the reserved service amount on your credit card.

“NO SHOWS” will be charged 100% of the reserved service amount on your credit card.
